We begin by arranging an in-store consultation appointment with a bathroom or kitchen designer, bring us your plans, or even your own rough sketches and we will have an informal discussion to hear your idea's and to guide you through our products and options available. Advance bookings are preferable as there may not be a designer available upon your arrival.
PRICES
Once we have all the information we need, we will then email you your discounted shop local supply prices for the products required for your bathroom or kitchen project, this will then be followed up with a further in-store appointment to make any changes or confirm all products.
Upon your approval, If a plan is required we will then start creating.
THE DESIGN
If you are happy to proceed we will then create a design if requested using our 3D computer aided software .

Once your plan is complete we will invite you back to our showroom for the design presentation.
