Upon your approval of how we work, budgets & timescales, 

Supreme will now arrange an appointment to visit your property

to take measurements, inspect your layout and discuss all products.

*A free home survey is subject to your approval of our estimated project cost discussed within your

initial showroom consultation and your home location must be within a 20 mile radius of our showroom

*We can also provide a design service where we visit your home

from your first contact without the need for you to visit our showroom.

Here we can discuss your requirements, take all details and measurements

before designing your new kitchen and then providing a full design and quotation.

The charge for this service is £175 and is fully refundable upon placing any supply or install order over £3000

Upon confirming your Direct Home Survey date and time, we will request payment.

DESIGN & APPROVAL SHOWROOM PRESENTATION

Here we will present your fully rendered design images giving you amazing life like

detail and awareness of how your new kitchen will look upon completion. 

We can discuss all options including kitchen units, appliances, sinks & taps,

waterproof flooring, wall tiles or splash-backs and any extra's.

We can also run through the work schedule estimate and quotation.

Upon your approval we will request the initial deposit.

No copies of the design or design images will be provided at the presentation

until you confirm your order approval unless the design fee has been paid.
All supply & install quotations are priced at one contractual total price.

No itemised prices will be provided in writing.

INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our friendly and professional installers will arrive on the scheduled

start date to carry out all work on your new kitchen installation. 

During the install we will project manage all work & trades required, making

regular visits to site ensuring all aspects run in accordance with the kitchen design.

Our project manager will liaise with you & our installer at each stage of the 

installation and will sign off all work within the final inspection 

to ensure your total satisfaction with your new kitchen.

Our 1yr installation warranty covers all workmanship 

Product Warranties cover items from 3-15 years
