IN-STORE CONSULTATION

We normally begin with an in-store appointment with a kitchen designer for an informal

discussion to listen to your idea's & wishes.

We can show you our full range of beautiful kitchens within our showroom and discuss

all costs & budgets to cover all products and installation.

FREE HOME SURVEY

Upon your approval of how we work, budgets and timescales,

Supreme will now schedule a home survey.

Here we can to take measurements, inspect your layout and discuss all products

& work required at a convenient time for you.

A free home survey is subject to your approval of our T&C's & postcode is within a 20 mile radius of our showroom.

DESIGNING YOUR NEW KITCHEN

A designer will now create your new kitchen plan using our professional

3D computer design software.

This innovative tool enables you to visualise your future high quality kitchen.

Our designer will integrate all the insights gathered during their visit to create a

space that perfectly aligns with your wishes, ensuring your total satisfaction.

SHOWROOM PRESENTATION

When your proposed design & quotation is completed, we will arrange for you

to visit our showroom to view the design.

We can then go through the various options in the showroom such as kitchen styles

& finishes, appliances, taps, handles, tiles, splash backs, worktops, flooring etc.

No copies of the plans or the quotation will be provided at the presentation until order approval.

No itemised quotations are provided at any stage.

INSTALLATION

Our friendly and professional installer will arrive on the date as scheduled to

start the kitchen installation.

During the install we will project manage all trades, making regular visits on

site to ensure all aspects run in accordance with your design.

Our project manager will liaise with you & our installer at each stage of the

installation upon which your project manager will carry out one final visit upon completion to ensure your total satisfaction of your new kitchen.

*Our Installation warranty covers all workmanship carried out

*Our product warranty provides cover on all faults covered under the relevant manufactures warranty

*Manufactures Warranties start from a min 2 years - max 15 years
