 The In-store Consultation


We begin with an in-store visit or appointment with a kitchen designer for an informal discussion to listen to your idea's & wishes where we can show you our range of products.

We can also discuss a budget you wish to work too to cover all goods & services so we can organise & project manage everything.

The Home Survey 


We will schedule an appointment for our designer to visit your property to take precise measurements and to discuss your requirements in more detail. Here they can inspect the current condition and what work will be work required.

The Design

 A designer will now create your plan using 3D computer design software.

This innovative tool enables you to visualise your future high quality kitchen. Our designer will integrate all the insights gathered during their visit to create a space that perfectly aligns with your vision,

ensuring your absolute satisfaction.


The Presentation 
 When your proposed design & quotation is completed, we will arrange for you to come into our showroom to view the design. We will then go through the various options in the showroom such as kitchen  appliances, taps, handles, tiles, splash backs, worktops, flooring etc.
No copies of the plan will be provided until your order approval.

The Installation 

Our friendly and professional fitting team will arrive as scheduled to carry out the installation. During the install we will project manage all work, making regular visits to your home to ensure all aspects run in accordance with the plan subject to any changes required.
Our project manager will liaise with you & our installer at each stage of the install upon which we will carry out a completion visit at the end to ensure your total satisfaction.
Our Installation provides a 1 year warranty on all workmanship carried out by our installer*
*This excludes any product related issues or faults covered under the relevant manufactures warranty
Manufactures Warranties start from min 2 years - max 10 years
