IN-STORE CONSULTATION
We normally begin with an in-store consultation with a bathroom designer
for an informal discussion to listen to your idea's & what work is involved
within your new bathroom project.
We can show you our full range of beautiful bathrooms within our showroom
and discuss all costs & budgets to cover all goods and services.

FREE HOME SURVEY
Upon your approval of how we work, budgets and timescales,
Supreme will now schedule an appointment to visit your property to take
measurements, inspect your layout and discuss all products & work required in more
detail at a convenient time for you.
A free home survey is subject to your approval of our T&C's & your postcode is within a 20 mile radius of our showroom.
DESIGNING YOUR NEW BATHROOM
A member of the design team will now create your plan using the very latest 3D
computer aided design software.
This innovative tool helps you visualise your future high quality bathroom.
Our designer will integrate all the insights gathered during their visit to create
a space that perfectly aligns with your vision and wishes, ensuring your full satisfaction
of your new bathroom design and all products and finishes.
SHOWROOM PRESENTATION
When your proposed design & quotation have been produced,
we can then arrange for you to visit our showroom to view & discuss the design.
We will run through all options including bathroom furniture, baths, taps,
shower enclosures, showers, flooring, wall tiles, shower panels & accessories.
We can also run through the work schedule and what is involved & included.
No copies of the plans or the quotation will be provided at the presentation until order approval.

INSTALLATION
to start the bathroom installation.
During the install we will project manage all work & trades required, making regular
visits on site to ensure all aspects run in accordance with your bathroom design.
Our project manager will liaise with you & our installer at each stage of the
installation upon which your project manager will carry out the final inspection
upon completion to ensure your total satisfaction with your new bathroom.
*Our Installation warranty covers all workmanship carried out by Supreme
*Our product warranty provides cover on all faults covered under the relevant manufactures warranty
*Manufactures Warranties start from a min 2 years - max 15 years
