We begin with an in-store consultation with a bathroom designer 

for an informal discussion to listen to your idea's & what work is involved 

within your new bathroom project.

We can show you our full range of beautiful bathrooms within our showroom 

and discuss all costs & budgets to cover all goods and services.

FREE HOME SURVEY

Upon your approval of how we work, budgets & timescales, 

Supreme will now arrange an appointment to visit your property

to take measurements, inspect your layout and discuss all products

& work involved in more detail at a convenient time to suit you.

A free home survey is subject to your approval of our estimated project cost discussed within your

showroom design consultation and your home location must be within a 20 mile radius of our showroom.

FREE CONCEPT DESIGN MEETING

A member of the design team will now provide your initial concept design with 2D/3D images using the very latest computer aided design software. 

We will discuss all products, colours and finishes as well as the overall project cost to see if this sits comfortably with what you are looking to invest in your new bathroom.

Upon your approval you can confirm all products, finishes, tiles etc.

If you are happy we will request a small commitment fee of £199*at this stage which is totally offset against your future deposit securing an install date within our schedule.

*The commitment fee is non refundable should you wish to not proceed at a later date.

DESIGN & APPROVAL PRESENTATION

We will present your fully rendered design images giving you amazing life like details

and awareness of how your new bathroom will look upon completion. 

We can discuss all options including bathroom furniture, baths, taps,

shower enclosures, showers, flooring, wall tiles, shower panels & accessories.

We can also run through the work schedule and what is involved & included in the cost.

Upon your approval we will request the initial deposit.

No copies of the design or design images will be provided at the presentation until your order approval.
All supply & install quotations are priced at one contractual total price. No itemised prices will be provided in writing.

INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our friendly and professional installers will arrive on the date as scheduled 

to start your new bathroom installation. 

During the install we will project manage all work & trades required, making regular 

visits on site to ensure all aspects run in accordance with your bathroom design.

Our project manager will liaise with you & our installer at each stage of the 

installation upon which your project manager will carry out the final inspection 

upon completion to ensure your total satisfaction with your new bathroom.

*Our 1yr installation warranty covers all workmanship 

*Product Warranties cover items from 5-20 years
