STEP 1

IN-STORE CONSULTATION

Our initial showroom consultation gives us the opportunity to listen to your thoughts & idea's

and to help guide you through our products & services we provide.

STEP 2

FREE HOME SURVEY

Upon approving all initial information & estimated costs from your in-store consultation

we will schedule a free home survey where our designer will take all relevant measurements.

We will also discuss all work required and all other matters of interest raised upon viewing your room. 

STEP 3

IN-STORE CONCEPT DESIGN MEETING

Here you can view your concept computer design images using 2D/3D visuals, explore idea's together

within our design studio with all colour & finish samples for all products and materials to hand.

We will discuss your estimated project cost with you to see if the overall work schedule and total cost sits comfortably

with what you are looking to invest in your new project. Upon your approval you can confirm all products, finishes, tiles etc.

STEP 4

 CONCEPT DESIGN COMMITMENT

If you would now like to continue beyond our concept design stage,

we will just request a small commitment fee payment of *£199.

This payment is offset against your future deposit

& acts as a small but important commitment

for both parties moving forward as well as securing

a date within our busy work schedule.

*The commitment fee is non refundable should you wish to not proceed at a later date.

STEP 5

FULL PRESENTATION MEETING

You can view your fully rendered 3D design in detail with all selected products and finishes

included as well as any changes made from the concept design to give you a true life-like visual

of what your new project will look like upon completion. 

We will also have to hand your initial colour choices and material finishes for you to confirm your product approval.

We will advise the latest project cost and run through the work schedule also for your approval.

Upon your approval the initial deposit will be requested.

STEP 6

INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our installer will arrive on the scheduled start to begin all work.

At the beginning and during your installation, your designer and our installation coordinator

will carry out regular site visits as well as customer service telephone calls to

liaise & keep on track of all work and the design.

Upon completion your designer will conduct their

final visit to ensure your total satisfaction.

All Supreme work will comply with the latest regulations and will be carried out to a professional standard you would expect from a member of the Norfolk County Council Trusted Trader scheme giving you the customer

complete piece of mind when ordering your new Supreme bathroom or kitchen.
