Terms and Conditions.

Orders placed with Supreme will be subject to a 25% deposit to enable us to process your order.
Orders will require cleared payment in full prior to any delivery being made.
All orders being stored awaiting delivery instruction will require payment in full.
All prices include VAT.

Standard Conditions Of Sale.
These conditions will govern all transactions into which Supreme Bathrooms & Kitchen Centre Ltd enters with its customers.
All quotations are made at current prices listed but such quotations are subject to alteration in accordance with prices current at the time goods are ordered.
All deposits are non-refundable subject to Supreme acceptance of any order.
Supreme Bathrooms reserves the right to charge carriage on deliveries as appropriate.
Supreme Bathrooms cannot be held responsible if supplies are unobtainable or received damaged.
No credit accounts will be authorized and any monies due will be required and cleared before delivery of goods can be made.
Where a cheque is offered by the customer in payment for goods, Supreme reserves the right to delay the despatch of the goods pending the clearance of that cheque.
All Goods remain the property of Supreme Bathrooms & Kitchen Centre Ltd until payment has been received in full.
Until such time the customer becomes the owner of all Supreme goods, they will store them on their premises separately from their own goods or those of any other person and will take all necessary steps to fully protect the interest of Supreme in such of their goods.
The customers right to possession of goods for which payment in full has not been received shall cease in the event of insolvency.
In the event of being unable to obtain payment in full, Supreme may in such event enter upon any premises where they are stored/installed and repossess the same goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all goods are checked and signed for as fully accepted upon delivery.
Supreme will not accept liability for any shortages or damaged goods notified after 48hrs from delivery/collection date.
Supreme reserves the right at any time and without explanation to:
(a) refuse to accept an order.
(b) cancel an order.
(c) suspend deliveries against an order whether or not the account is in arrears.
(d) refuse cancellation of an order.
Supreme retains the right to levy a handling charge, equal to 20% of the contract price, where a customer cancels an order.
No goods may be returned by the customer without Supremes consent.
No goods will be accepted for return once installed or removed from the original packaging.
Items which have been authorized for return by Supreme within 28 days from delivery date, which have not been required by the customer subject to our conditions, will be subject to an inspection once returned.
Once inspected, only products returned which have not been opened from the original packaging and only products that are in a saleable condition will be accepted.
Upon our approval of satisfactory goods being returned, a refund will be issued with a 25% re-stocking charge deducted.
Special orders or sale items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded and must be paid in full at time of purchase.
