OUR SUPPLY & INSTALL TERMS & CONDITIONS
(1) Payment Terms.
1.1 Upon order approval we will provide you with your payment plan for the product quotation & installation estimate.
It excludes any additional materials or additional labour time which may be required to complete all work.
1.2 Your payment plan will consist of a deposit payment, start payment and completion payment.
1.3 An initial deposit payment of 25% will be requested to process your order.
1.4 The deposit payment can be paid via online banking, credit or debit card except American Express.
1.5 The start payment with cleared funds is required the week prior to the start date to enable all work to commence.
1.6 The start payment and completion payments are requested to be made by online banking.
1.7 Any additional bathroom or kitchen products required prior to or during the install due to requests or changes
in the design by either party will be confirmed with the customer prior to invoicing upon completion.
1.8 Any additional materials or additional install time required to complete all work will be invoiced upon completion.
1.9 Contract balance will become due from the day of completion & 7 days from date of invoice for any extra’s invoice.
Online Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card payments are accepted for the initial deposit payment.
All other payments are requested by online banking or bank transfer using the contract Invoice number as payment reference.
(2) Additional Installation Costs.
2.1 Any additional products, materials & labour will be additional to the agreed product quotation & labour estimate.
Any additional products, material or labour will be invoiced upon completion.
2.2 All electrical labour and materials have been estimated in good faith but any amount which exceeds our estimate
to meet with all current electrical regulations will be charged upon completion.
2.3 All plastering labour and materials have been estimated in good faith but any amount which exceeds our estimate
will be charged upon completion.
2.4 All decorating labour and materials have been estimated in good faith but any amount
which exceeds our estimate will be charged upon completion.
(3) Installation Completion, Remedial Work & Warranties.
3.1 Upon completion of your new bathroom or kitchen, please raise any concerns or request any advice at that time
on any working operations etc. so our installer can assist you before they leave.
3.2 During the installation our installer will gather all warranty & maintenance paperwork to hand over upon completion.
3.3 Our Installation Warranty provides a 12-month cover on all workmanship carried out by our installer*
(*This excludes any product related issues or faults covered under the relevant manufactures warranty)
3.4 All products will have a relevant warranty from date of purchase.
Any product complaint or fault is required in writing along with product images to sales@supremecentre.co.uk
This will enable a report to be processed and sent to the relevant manufacture.
You may be asked to contact certain suppliers directly.
3.5 Supreme installers will only install goods supplied by Supreme.
No items supplied by the customer will be fitted unless agreed within the installation schedule prior to the start date.
Any request by the customer to fit any own goods once started will require approval from Supreme prior to carrying out.
Additional items supplied by the customer and installed by our installer may incur additional charges.
3.6 We do not provide a 24/7 emergency call out service but will strive to respond ASAP to any issue that may arise.

(4) General Terms & Conditions
4.1 Your bathroom or kitchen includes three free deliveries to site,
please may we remind you that all goods will be delivered within the first few days of work commencing.
It is your responsibility to make room within your home or garage for all goods to be stored during install.
Failure to comply with this may incur further delivery charges.
4.2 Kitchen white goods are not included in the removal of site rubbish and will not be collected.
Any skip provided on site is solely for Supreme use, any items added to the skip without our
knowledge may incur additional costs upon completion.
Plasterboard removal may incur additional costs as per new regulations.
4.3 Our work schedule is estimated upon which we endeavor to adhere to & to arrive on schedule when advised,
however Supreme will not be liable for any delayed start due to a delay within our work schedule or for any reason beyond our control.
On certain installations our installers may need to work into the evening or Saturdays.
4.4 A restocking charge will become due on all goods upon cancellation after 30 days from receipt of order.
4.5 Supreme will manage & complete the installation with reasonable skill & care and accepts responsibility for the standard of workmanship and conditions of tools and equipment. We are fully insured.
4.6 Supreme will request your permission to place a freestanding Supreme Sign on your driveway during all days.
Supreme reserve the right to use any completion images of all our completed bathrooms or kitchens in any advertising.
4.7 Supreme shall be entitled to sub-contract all or part of any work schedule.
In practice we enjoy longstanding relationships with all our sub-contractors
from all trades who are chosen very carefully with you in mind.
4.8 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the law of England.
4.9 We respect your privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will not disclose or pass on any personal details of customers to any third party.

OUR IN-STORE SUPPLY ONLY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
In-store supply only orders cannot be cancelled after 14 days from date of deposit or payment in full.
Any order cancelled after 14 days may incur a restocking charge to return any item unless faulty or not fit for purpose.
All items after 30 days are non refundable but a replacement or new part will be supplied.
One free delivery is included on all standard orders over £850.00
within a 20-mile radius.
A £30.00 delivery charge will apply
on all standard orders under £850.00 within a 20-mile radius.
A delivery charge will apply for any standard order over a 20-mile
radius TBC prior to delivery.
Non-standard orders will be subject
to a delivery charge of £100.00.
Customer deliveries will be made within 30 days from date of arrival to Supreme unless agreed at order point.
If storage is required for longer we will charge a storage fee TBC upon placing order.
Collection of goods are requested upon arrival of the complete order and any returns beyond the 30 days
may be subject to a re-stocking charge.
Although we endeavor to quality check all items before delivery or collection, it is still the customer’s legal responsibility
to check all products are correct and that all products are in good condition prior to installation.
Any queries with your delivery must be advised within 7 days of delivery date.
Supreme will refund an item within 30 days from delivery providing it's in the original packaging and it has not been installed.
Damaged or faulty products can be replaced if deemed faulty upto 6 months from delivery date
All goods after 30 days will be covered under the product warranty.
No goods will be accepted for return once installed or removed from original packaging except for faulty items.
Goods that have not been installed and are still in the original packaging as delivered may be requested
for exchange/return if requested within 14 days from delivery date.
Items authorised for exchange/return by Supreme within 14 days of our delivery date which are not required
subject to our T&C’s will require inspection prior to any exchange or refund.
Upon approval of satisfactory goods being returned and authorised for return by our supplier,
an exchange, refund or in-store credit will be issued normally within 14 days.
Some refunds may take upto 60 days for items that require returning to our suppliers.
Authorised goods returned within 14 days from delivery date will incur a minimum re-stocking charge of 25%.
Special or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless damaged or faulty.
NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AFTER 6 MONTHS FROM DELIVERY DATE
